Order Processing Times
Once your order is successfully placed on our website, we begin the fulfillment process as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within [1 to 4 business days] from the date they are received. This means we pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment within that time frame.
Important notes:
Business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding federal or national holidays.
During periods of high demand—such as seasonal sales, promotions, or holidays—order processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
For products that are custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order, please allow additional processing time. These timeframes will be clearly noted in the product description when applicable.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options so you can choose the one that best suits your needs. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your location and selected shipping method.
Please keep in mind that these are estimated transit times provided by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Unexpected carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods may affect delivery.

We currently ship to customers in the following locations:
Domestic U.S. (all 50 states)
U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses

Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after the shipping label is generated.
You can always check the status of your order by visiting your account on our website or by using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
Shipping Carriers We Use

We reserve the right to change carriers based on destination, package size/weight, or service availability, but we always aim to select the most efficient option for your delivery.
Customs, Duties, and International Taxes
If you are ordering from outside the United States, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are imposed by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these additional costs and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine any additional fees prior to placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
We take great care in packaging your items securely; however, once a package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we recommend following these steps:
Contact the shipping carrier immediately to report the issue and open a claim.
Retain all original packaging, including boxes, labels, and damaged items, to support your claim.
Notify us at contact.trendywipes@gmail.com so we can assist where possible and document the issue on our end.
While we are not liable for lost or damaged shipments, we are happy to work with you and the carrier to reach a resolution whenever possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping details.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
All sales are final once your order is confirmed. We take product hygiene and safety seriously, which means we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any wipe products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit.
